THE SUNDAY POST #34 | BLOG REBRAND AND DEPOP SALE

001. I'm starting to lose track of the amount of times I've stopped posting, and then written a post promising to post more and then stopped posting again. So this is the last time I write that post, promise. Now isn't exactly the best time to give over my evenings to my blog, but I've been far too stressed about my uni work recently, and I need to get back to doing something I enjoy. The blog has also had a bit of a rebrand, let me know what you think of the new name and design in the comments.

002.  Lots of new restaurants and bars are popping up in Manchester at the moment; one of my recent favourites is Indian Tiffin Room, an Indian streetfood restaurant on First Street. It's quite close to my uni so a friend and I popped down for lunch last week. We tried the channa bhattura, the mysore masala dosa and the vada pav, and all three were delicious. I'd love to go back for dinner, as they have a lot more choice and more meat options on the evening menu.

003. I've really been trying to push myself in the gym this week, and step out of my comfort zone. I normally hate going to new things alone, but today I went to a yoga class (which I loved) and I've booked into an aerobics class later in the week. On Monday I have a free 'programme' session with a PT who will hopefully show me some new exercises and routines. Do you guys have any recommendations for workout routines?

004. A few weeks ago I popped down to Bakerie to take a look at their new wine jukebox. It's a unique idea that allows you sample lots of different wines, both white and red. Most of these are wines you may not necessarily try because they're expensive, or only sold by the bottle. Make sure you check it out on a Wednesday as you can get double the amount of wine for your money! Full post and review coming soon.

005. This bank holiday weekend has involved a lot of organising and decluttering, and I've started to upload items onto my depop shop, including these beautiful rose gold loafers. I've got over 200 items of clothing, jewellery and beauty bits going up over the next few weeks - all for under £15 so make sure you give me a follow here or by searching 'nishkpatel' on the app.

  8. I love the design of your blog. Juggling uni commitments and a blog can be so stressful, I don't think people realise how much hard work it can be. I adore those gold flats and clutch!

  11. Thanks Roxie! I know, it's really difficult to study and maintain a blog too, it'll be interesting to see if I find it easier or harder when I start work. Aren't they gorgeous, I'm selling both and lots of other similar items on my depop x
